Mountain Title Company is located in the heart of the Eastern Sierra. We serve Inyo and Mono Counties in the State of California. At the height of the computer age, Mountain Title Company entered the title and escrow game with a completely computerized operation. We are the first title and escrow company in the Eastern Sierra to operate within a local network of over 50 computers that spans both Inyo and Mono counties. Mountain Title is a pioneer in automation software, which reduces paper flow and significantly improves the efficiency of electronic document imaging. We have implemented an internal order tracking system and have instant access to county records and tax information  at the county courthouses with the click of a mouse.
